Installing Interior Plastic Knobs

By Stephen Kassis

Tell a Friend

The following instructions are to mount a new window crank knob onto a window handle. Choke, throttle, light switch, hood, windshield wiper and gearshift knobs are to be mounted in the same way. Perfect alignment and heating in water is mandatory BEFORE you push the knob on. Do not turn the knob once it is in place.

Note: if you think the knob colors do not match your originals, please remember that the originals are 50+ years old. Colors will fade with age.
